Each Bardsley Group training asks the participants two essential questions:

  1. When in conflict, who do you tend to be?
  2. When in conflict, who do you want to be?

Once the participant answers these questions, he/she can begin to build and improve upon the his/her conflict management skills.

We promote the use of effective question asking and paraphrasing throughout each training and rely on adult learning techniques to maximize practical takeaways.  Each participant will leave the workshop with an improved ability to take care of difficult situations and improve outcomes.
