Bridging the Communication Divide: How conflict styles hinder resolution
How we communicate when we are in conflict sometimes becomes more problematic than what the conflict is actually about.Ā We start to get upset with the behavior of the other person while we are trying to address the substance of the dispute.Ā This training makes prominent the different ways people communicate while in conflict and gives people skills to communicate when there are stylistic differences.
