Conflict Management for Leaders and Managers

However leaders lead, their colleagues and staff need to know that they are supported.  A leader who shows compassion and understanding to others in the organization is necessarily going to develop a more productive and inspired workplace.  This training gives leaders an overview and some skill training in conflict management that will set them up for success as problem solvers and team builders.
