You are hired for your legal acumen and your ability to advocate zealously for your client. Your client, however, not only brings legal issues to the table but other issues that involve logistics, personalities, and emotions. This training is designed to give you the skills to work with your client on those issues as skillfully as you work with them on the legal matter that you’ve been retained to handle. The training gives you a better sense of how to meet your client where he/she is coming from, to empower them to manage the problems that they have some control over, to give them skills to deal with their adversaries and counterparts during and after the legal matter in which they are engaged.
This is a two day training.
