Schools and Universities

  • Two teachers are having trouble sharing office space.
  • A parent and administrator are having a terrible time discussing tuition issues.
  • Two teachers and a dean are having chronic issues that stem from decisions made several years before.

In these situations, bringing these individuals to the table with a neutral third party with no stake in the outcome provides the necessary structure and environment to work through the complicated issues at hand.  we use a process to engage each party so that everyone feels safe telling their side of the story and listening to the other perspectives in the room.  After all concerns are surfaced, we all work cooperatively to figure out which alternatives are best to resolve the issues.  Ultimately, everyone feels more understood and has a common vision for how to move forward.
