Organizations and Companies

  • Two colleagues are having trouble working together on a project.
  • One department head is having a hard time communication with another department head.
  • A manager and two senior staff are butting heads over how to move forward

In these situations, bringing these individuals to the table with a neutral third party with no stake in the outcome provides the necessary structure and environment to work through the complicated issues at hand.  we use a process to engage each party so that everyone feels safe telling their side of the story and listening to the other perspectives in the room.  After all concerns are surfaced, we all work cooperatively to figure out which alternatives are best to resolve the issues.  Ultimately, everyone feels more understood and has a common vision how to move forward.
