In situations like these, a coach, working confidentially with you, can help. First, we “unpack” the conflict into its different components, to better organize thoughts and actions.  The coach provides you with the sounding board you need and some thoughts as to the possible perspectives of others in the conflict.  Together, we then work on different alternatives to manage the conflict and we explore how each strategy might unfold.  The coach is an agent of support, guidance, and reality.  We want you to feel more confident about responding to and managing the conflict you are in.
